Game Sponsorship terms for licensing your games to Flasharcade.com

We are offering all you talented Game developers $$$ for their original game creations, with sponsorship amounts ranging between $500 and $2500 per original game !!!
There are no catches, we also let you publish the game on any site or game portal like Newgrounds.com as long as it has our branding and links in the game. You can include your credits page or company name too. The game will be credited to you as a game creator, the only requirement being our logo and preloader be included in it all the time, with any modifications or any future versions of the game. It cannot be resold to any other site obviously since it has been paid for an exclusive license.

There are however a few rules:
You must be the creator of the game with all the rights assigned.
The game can't be sponsored by anyone else.
If sponsored by us, the game will have to include the Flasharcade.com logo and branding in the preloader animation as well as a link to our site on all screens.
The work must be original and not published on the internet already.
